Cooking Directions

 Broil 4 inches from heat source: Rare: 3 - 4 minutes each side. Medium: 5 - 6 minutes each side.

Grilling: Sear chops 1 minute each side. Lower heat and cook to desired temperature.( rare, medium rare, medium etc.)
