This product is trimmed to
perfection. The most tender, melt in your mouth cuts of beef
available. Not only can you cook as a roast, but you can also
slice into petite filet mignons.

Cooking Directions
Sear each side in a large frying
pan, high heat. After each side is seared in a large
frying pan over high heat, lower the heat to medium and continue
cooking it with a lid over the pan for 5- 10minutes per side,
until thermometer reads 135degrees.
Once done remove from pan and set
aside covered loosely with tin foil.
Or: Pre-heat oven to 400 to
sear roast. Lower temp to 325 degrees for about 20 to 30
minutes.
